Here is a delicious recipe for succulent pork ribs:


Ingredients:

- 2 racks of pork ribs

- 1 cup of BBQ sauce

- 1/4 cup of brown sugar

- 1 tbsp of paprika

- 1 tbsp of garlic powder

- 1 tbsp of onion powder

- Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs by sliding a sharp knife under it and then pulling it off with a paper towel.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a dry rub.

4. Rub the dry rub all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly on both sides.

5. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and cover them tightly with another sheet of foil.

6. Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.

7. Remove the ribs from the oven and preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

8. Brush the BBQ sauce on both sides of the ribs and place them on the grill.

9. Grill the ribs for 5-10 minutes on each side, basting with more BBQ sauce as needed, until they are nicely caramelized.

10. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
