Ingredients:

- 2 lbs beef ribs

- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

- 2 cloves minced garlic

- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to create a marinade.

3. Place the beef ribs in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the ribs. Make sure the ribs are well coated with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

4. Place the marinated beef ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

5. Cover the baking sheet with another sheet of aluminum foil, creating a tight seal.

6. Bake the beef ribs in the preheated oven for 2-3 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.

7. Remove the foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.

8. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake the ribs for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.

9. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

10. Serve the beef ribs hot with your favorite sides, such as coleslaw, cornbread, or baked beans. Enjoy!
