Ingredients:
- 1 whole hen, cleaned and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Rub the hen all over with olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the hen, making sure to season both the outside and inside of the hen.
4. Stuff the cavity of the hen with the sliced lemon, onion, and fresh rosemary.
